The Marshfield Housing Partnership is accepting additional applications from qualified applicants for grants to assist them in purchasing an existing market rate home or condominium in Marshfield. A deed restriction will be recorded on each unit purchased with a grant to secure affordability in perpetuity.

Informational sessions will be held at the following locations:
Thursday, October 9, 2014, 7:00 PM: Hearing Room # 2, Marshfield Town Hall, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield

Saturday, October 11, 2013, 10:00 AM: Hearing Room # 2, Marshfield Town Hall, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield

A lottery will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Marshfield Town Hall, Hearing Room # 3, to select grant recipients.

Successful grant recipients are required to have at least one family member attend and complete a Homebuyer Education Workshop.

Applications are also available at the Marshfield Town Hall. All applications must be received and date stamped by the Marshfield Housing Authority no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, October 24, 2014.
