Cemeteries / Trees / Greens
The Cemeteries, Trees and Greens Department employs 10 full-time staff responsible for maintaining over 135 acres of town-owned land, parks and cemeteries and 32 athletic fields.
Cemetery responsibilities: funerals, interments, seeding, loaming, trimming, mowing, rubbish, foundations and markers, funeral flowers, snow plowing, and tree and shrub maintenance/planting.

- Couch Cemetery, Union Street, est. 1983, only cemetery still selling lots
- Marshfield Hills Cemetery, Old Main Street, est. 1729, listed on the National Register of Historic Places (as part of Marshfield Hills Village)
- Old Winslow Burial Ground, Winslow Cemetery Road, est. 1640, oldest cemetery in town, listed on the National Register of Historic Places

Trees and brush responsibilities: removal and planting, trimming of low hanging branches, and tree hearings.
Roadside Maintenance: trimming and pruning of 480 miles of road sides.
School and park responsibilities: mowing, rubbish removal, irrigation, benches at all ballfields, soccer fields, tennis courts, football fields, track, over seeding, loam, fertilization contract, basketball courts.

The Cemetery/Trees/Greens Division also maintains approximately 16 traffic islands that have not been adopted under the Adopt an Island program. This includes mowing, trimming and general upkeep.
