Marshfield Community Electricity Plan Approved

Marshfield Community Electricity is a program in development by the Town to create new electricity supply options for our residents and businesses. The Department of Public Utilities has approved the Plan for the Marshfield Community Electricity Program, the final step in the regulatory review process. Marshfield Community Electricity does not yet have a launch date. The Town is assessing opportunities to conduct a competitive electricity bid and then launch the Program. Prior to launch, the Town will conduct an extensive outreach and education program, including a direct mailer to each eligible customer.
