Marshfield Economic Development Plan Update - 2023
The Town of Marshfield is working with MAPC to develop an economic development plan with analysis and recommendations that will support economic activity, the commercial tax base, and commercial and residential uses in the Town. The plan will provide goals and actions for the Town to facilitate economic investment.
The first public workshop was held on August 17, 2022 at the Ventress Library Program Room.

Presentation to Planning Board November 21, 2022
The second public workshop was held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 from 7pm to 8:30pm at the Senior Center.
The Brant Rock Area Community Workshop was held on January 18, 2023 at the Marshfield Senior Center.
The Industrial/PMUD/B-2 Highway District (west of Furnace Street) and the Downtown Area Community Workshop was held on February 15, 2023 at the Marshfield Senior Center.
The draft Economic Development Plan dated May 25, 2023 is available for public comment until June 30, 2023.
